My document uploaded, but there is no summary, flashcards or quiz.

The free plan includes a set number of AI generations each month. Once they are used up, new documents are still stored and readable, but nothing is generated from them until the month resets or you move to a paid plan. The app tells you which limit you have reached when you open the summary, flashcards or quiz.

Why is a quiz question marked wrong when I picked a correct answer?

Some questions ask you to select every correct answer — they say "select all that apply", and after you answer, the app tells you how many were needed. Those are marked all-or-nothing: a partial selection counts as wrong.

The app says it cannot reach StudyLens AI.

That is a connection problem rather than a lost account. You stay signed in; try again when you have a signal.

I forgot my password.

Use "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen. The link we email works for 30 minutes. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder, then write to us.

How do I cancel a subscription?

In the Play Store: your profile picture → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → StudyLens AI → Cancel. Google bills subscriptions, so they are cancelled there rather than in our app. You keep the paid features until the period you have paid for ends.

How do I delete my account?

Is my material used to train AI?

No. It is sent to our AI provider to produce your summaries, flashcards, quizzes and answers, and for nothing else. The Privacy Policy names who sees what.
