Delete your account

This page is for the StudyLens AI app, published by Secure Tech Consultancy (Pvt) Ltd. You can have your account and everything stored with it deleted, whether or not you still have the app installed.

How to ask

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my StudyLens AI account".

Send it from the email address the account uses. That is how we confirm the request is really yours. If you cannot use that address any more, write anyway and we will find another way to check before deleting anything.

You do not need the app installed, and you do not need to be signed in.

Deletion cannot be undone. Once your material is removed we cannot bring it back, so download anything you want to keep first.

What gets deleted

Your account: name, email address and password.
Every document, scan, photo, note and link you added, and the text taken from them.
The summaries, flashcards and quizzes made from your material, and your conversations with Flow.
Your study record: reading, flashcard reviews, quiz attempts and scores, planner blocks, exams, progress and streak.
Your notification settings and any push token for your devices.

What is kept, and for how long

We do not keep everything, and we will not pretend otherwise:

Audit records of significant account actions — signing in, changing a password, closing the account — with the time and the IP address, are kept for up to 12 months. They exist to investigate misuse of an account and contain none of your documents.
Records of payments, where you bought a subscription, are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. These sit with Google Play as well as with us.

How long it takes

Cancel your subscription first

If you pay for StudyLens AI, deleting your account does not cancel the subscription — Google bills that, not us. Cancel it in the Play Store first: your profile picture → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → StudyLens AI → Cancel.
